Welcome to Merrill Industrial Electric. Established in 2010 to provide a service to our customers from a company they can trust. We want our customers to trust us enough that they can call us with their needs and they know we will take care of them.
We have grown the company to provide both sales and service of electrical equipment and electrical work. We started off providing service work and electrical work for industrial and commercial customers.
Our work consists of troubleshooting and repairing machine controls, repairing VFDs and DC drives in the field or in our shop, running power to new machines, installing or retrofitting lights, and doing electrical repairs.
We have always sold Baldor motors and we have always been a Yaskawa Authorized Service Center. We have actually installed and repaired many manufacturer’s drives including ABB, Danfoss, Cutler-Hammer and others.
Since that time, we have added a larger sales portion to our company. We are now the regional distributor for Yaskawa’s commercial line of drives. We have always sold Yaskawa’s industrial line so the commercial line addition is a great boost for us to help our customer’s needs. We have also added lines like Saginaw enclosures, Winco generators and others.
The electrical work we provide also expanded into VFD retrofits. We do this for either mechanical contractors or those customers who handle most of their own maintenance. This way we can provide a one stop source for those customers who need it.
Most of us have over 20 years of experience and some over 30 years. We have been growing since day one and proceed with continual expansion to keep helping customers.
